Final Fantasy X-2 Keychains – Bandai

Final Fantasy X-2 Keychains by Bandai

Series: Final Fantasy X-2

Company: Bandai

Year: 2003

Size: 5cm

Main distribution: Japan

These are a set of keychains of Chibi characters made for Final Fantasy X-2 by Bandai. A total of 5 different characters were made, and came in a blindbox. Inside the blindbox was the figure in plastic on card.

5 Characters were made in total; Yuna, Rikku, Paine, Lenne and Nooj. Due to the nature of a blind box it be a surprise which one you’d get. The RRP for them was 200 yen.

I got 2/5, Yuna and Rikku.

Yuna

As they are suppose to have ball chains instead of danglers I’m wondering if mine are bootleg, or perhaps a Western release.

I don’t remember how I got these. I think my mum found them on a market and bought them for me as they look “anime-y”.

They stood with my games for a long time. However, I have no great love for Yuna or Rikku. I actually prefer the older Final Fantasy games more.

So while I’m sorting my collections and downsize these can go to a new home. I hope they find a nice spot in a Final Fantasy collector’s collection.

I still wanted to catalogue them here for everyone. Pictures are of the actual figures and not stock photos.

Got any more details / information for me to add? Or did I get something wrong? Do you own the same figures? Or do you have the full set? Do you agree or disagree with my findings? Let me know in the comments below!
