Everyone’s Snorlax is a Gashapon set from Pokémon where the Pokémon are sleeping around Snorlax, made by Tomy.
It was released in 2020 and re-released in 2023 to promote Pokémon Sleep.
I have the 2023 set, although I have not found any differences in the figures.
They come in light blue transparent capsules so you can see which one you got without opening it.
Each figure is individually wrapped in plastic, and comes with a black and white leaflet.
There are 5 figures to collect; Pikachu, Wooloo, Munclax, Oddish (x2) and Snorlax.
I got 5/5; the full set.
Pikachu
Pikachu is laying on his belly, with closed eyes and a slight open mouth, sleeping peacefully. His paws are dangling, and he’s slightly arched. Pikachu comes with a log to place him on, which has little indents to place him on. Pikachu also fits on Snorlax’ belly, or Wooloo’s back.
The branding is on his belly, and reads in raised font: Pokémon (TM) T-ARTS MADE IN CHINA. The same is under the log.
Wooloo
Wooloo is laying upright with eyes closed and mouth slightly open, peacefully sleeping. Pikachu can be placed on top.

Munchlax
Munchlax is sitting upright with eyes closed and his head slightly tilted, peacefully sleeping or perhaps dozing off.
The branding is on its bottom, and reads in raised font: Pokémon (TM) T-ARTS MADE IN CHINA.
Oddish
You get 2 Oddish in 1 capsule! Both Oddish are the same figure, apart from the eyes. Oddish is sitting upright with his legs forward. 1 has happy ^ eyes, and the other has normal open eyes. Both have a happy open mouth.

Snorlax
Snorlax is laying on its back, with closed eyes and a neutral expression. Its right arm is stretched out while the left is scratching its tummy. Snorlax is extra large, and therefor comes in 3 parts to fit in the capsule; the legs need to be added. Pikachu can be placed on top of its belly.

I love sleeping Pikachu so when I saw this set I wanted him. I somehow had missed it in 2020 but with Pokémon Sleep coming out this got a re-release in 2023 and I had the chance to get it. It ended up cheaper for me to get the full set than the first gen Pokémon only, so I opted for that.
Pikachu is adorable of course, and will go well with my other Sleepychus. The Snorlax is very nice, especially with Pikachu fitting on top of him. Oddish are one of my favourite Pokémon, but don’t have a lot of merchandise I like. These 2 are cute though so glad to have him.
I got nothing with Wooloo and Munchlax, and only got them as it was cheaper to buy the full set. I will probably sell these off though.
If you like small, cute little figures of Pokémon (sleeping) this set is great.
If you prefer bigger figures, or other poses, you might give this a miss.
