Itajaga is a potato snack that comes with collectible, metallic-plastic cards. Dragon Ball has several volumes, this being Vol. 4. There’s 30 cards to collect.

Each pack comes with a large potato snack in a plastic tray. It tastes like crisps and looks like a cracker. Underneath the tray is a metallic card.
The packaging has 3 variants, featuring Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT and Dragonball Super: Super Hero! artwork.

There’s 2 SSR (Super Special Rare) cards featuring Goku’s special attacks, 3 SR (Super Rare) cards featuring Gogeta and Super Saiyan 4 Goku & Vegeta with gold foil, 4 CR (Concept Rare) cards which feature Akira Toriyama’s artwork from the Manga and 4 R (Rare) cards featuring the Dragonball Super: Super Hero! movie and 17 N (Normal) cards featuring characters from Dragonball Z, Dragonball Super and Dragonball GT. This totals 30 cards to collect.

I got 3/30.

I always like little collectables that come with candy. They are usually cheap and hard to find later because they are so niche (I still want to gain more of these Pokémon dia‘s that came with biscuits!). So I always look at the Asian snacks to find any that come with freebies, like these cards.

I found these in an Asian supermarket in the Netherlands. I had seen similar before, but this was the first Dragon Ball series I found. I grabbed a pack of each design, and hoped for the best. Because it has also Dragonball, Z and GT on the packaging, I hoped for not just Super.

I pulled Tapion first, which I’m very pleased with! Then I got Gohan. Not a huge fan of this design, but happy I pulled a Rare. And lastly I got Beerus.

The cards are quite nice and shiny looking, with interesting textures. Unfortunately these aren’t available near me so I likely won’t be getting more of these. If I find them of course I will consider it. I do love the CR cards! Apart from them Tapion is my fav, so I’m happy I pulled him at least. It’s giving me a real nostalgic fun, of buying card packs / snacks and trying to get them all just like when I was a young teen.

The potato snack however is not my thing.

Got any more details / information you think I should add? Or did I get something wrong? Do you own any of these cards? Or do you have the full set? Would you like to trade any? Do you agree or disagree with my findings? Let me know in the comments below!
