This is an officially licensed by Marvelous plush of the Bubble Cow from Story of Seasons.
The Cow, originating from Harvest Moon – now Story of Seasons, is also affectionately known as the Bubble Cow due to it’s round bubbly nose. It’s also known as Ushi-kun or Ushi-san.
At the Marvelous Game Showcase 2024 in June, these Fluffy Cow plushes were introduced for their new arcade crane game machine TRY CATCH. 4 different Fluffy Cow plush have been made; the standard black and white cow, brown cow, yellow cow and black cow. These released in July 2024 in the Japanese arcades only.

Black and White Fluffy Cow
Cow is standing upright. She is white with black spots, although due to the pastel nature these are more grey. She has a large bubble pink nose with embroidered nostrils and embroidered eyes. She’s made from a fluffy material, which feels soft.
The horns are of a different material than the rest of the body, and aren’t fluffy, which is the same for her hoofs. Her udder is made of a soft fleece. Her tail is made from felt, with a felt bell attached and a fluffy tail tip. She’s a bit top heavy at the front, due to her big bubble nose.
She has a tush tag at the back of her back left paw, which is green and has the game logo, Marvelous as well as some legal bits on it. Attached to this is the hang tag, which has an image of Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town on it. Inside and on the back of the hang tag is more Japanese information and legalities.
Harvest Moon for the SNES is still one of my all time favourite video games. The Bubble Cows are one of the best things in it of course.
And when I found plush of them, I so badly wanted one! But they are so hard to get. They’re often Japanese exclusive, could only be won in lotteries, and later only through pre-orders.
I didn’t think I was ever going to own one. And then these come out for the arcade! I managed to get one through a proxy. And it’s perfect. Round, fluffy, small, soft. I love her.
I hope they release the dog and chicken too!
