This is an officially licensed by Studio Ghibli necklace of Totoro droplets.
It’s a simple silver chain with baubles evenly spaced. It has a front closure by simply threading the silver stick through the hoop. From the hoop 3 white Mini Totoro dangle on a chain.
The 3 white Mini Totoro are all slightly different in colouring. The bottom one is white opaque with brown eyes. The one above that is like a milk glass and the top one is clear.
I don’t quickly purchase jewellery, but I thought this one was quite cute and dainty. I like nature motives in my jewellery, and (from a distance) these look like little droplets. Up close however you can see the little white Mini Totoro (my favourite of the Totoro).
I love to be able to subtle display my geek, so this necklace is perfect. It also doesn’t look very childish in my opinion, which some character jewellery can do. Overall, I think I can get away with wearing this.
