This is a Gachapon of Cat Mimics; cats hiding in treasure chests that are actually monsters.
They come in Gachapon capsules from a Gachapon machine and are wrapped in plastic.
5 different colours can be collected.

Type B
Type B is a pastel blue Mimic chest with yellow eyes and a grey Tabby cat inside. The chest can open on a hinge revealing the cat fully. The branding is on the bottom with a © and Japanese.
Type E
Type E is a purple Mimic chest with pink eyes and a black and white cat inside. The chest can open on a hinge revealing the cat fully. The branding is on the bottom with a © and Japanese.
When I saw these I showed my husband immediately, as we both like RPG games and play DnD, so Mimics are a trope we’re familiar with. The cat makes them so cute too.
We decided to both get one.
I had hoped for Type C, or possibly Type A. Alas, we got Type B and Type E. My husband got first pick and choose E, so I got B.
As funny and cute as they are, they actually don’t go with anything I got at the moment, especially in pastel blue. I might gift it at some point or keep it in the pouch with my DnD dice.
If you like gacha, geeky, cat, DnD/RPG figures, I recommend getting these. They are a decent size and the hinge works. They do look cute too.
